In May 2026 TEIGEN JP formed the five-year vision committee, a special body for working through the organization's medium- and long-term direction. It takes on mission, vision and values, where the programs go, how the organization is designed, and brand strategy, all together.
What is TEIGEN JP? Where does it stand in society five years from now? Three years in, with the programs and the membership growing, we think this is exactly the moment the organization has to answer that as an organization. The committee is the machinery by which the long-term course is set by the organization rather than by its director, and it sits at the centre of what we are calling our second founding.
